Process Module definition

Process Module means a stand alone sequence of process steps which is a portion of a CMOS process technology.
Process Module means a stand-alone block of process technology that is separate from but may be coupled with Logic Process Technologies and when coupled with Logic Process Technologies, enables the manufacture of products having increased functionality.
