Process Industries definition

Process Industries means industries which involve physical and chemical changes of the material as it passes through the different process units or operation stages, as a result of which, air contaminants may be emitted to the atmosphere. Process industries include but are not limited to rock processing industries, portland cement plants, concrete batching plants, asphaltic concrete batching plants, and concrete block plants.
