Process Engineer means an employee or contractor of Cypress assigned by Cypress to provide services to Customer under this agreement excluding Cypress’ Engineering Techs.

Process Engineer means a employee who holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and who is eligible for graduate membership of the Institution of Engineers.
