Process Design Documents definition

Process Design Documents means, with respect to any Project, all drawings, schematics, renderings and other documents that fix and describe the size and character of an entire Project as to structural, mechanical, process and production systems, materials and such other elements as may be appropriate for full functioning of a Project at such Project’s desired Nameplate Capacity, in any format reasonably requested by Project Representative.
