Process Description definition

Process Description means, with respect to the Active Ingredient, good manufacturing procedures (including, but not limited to, FDA quality system requirements and procedures), as well as such other know-how, technical specifications, instructions, processes and other intellectual property and information Reliant shall possess and as shall be necessary in order to allow ASL to manufacture and/or have manufactured the Active Ingredient.
Process Description means a controlled document, approved by authorized technical and quality representatives of both Parties, that documents the general outline of the respective Process. It includes all relevant Process parameters to be met and equipment and raw materials to be used.
Process Description means a description of the emitting process indicating how substances are emitted to the atmosphere.
