Proceed Date definition

Proceed Date such date as the Parties shall agree, the latest such date being that on which all the requirements of Clause 7.1 have been satisfied;
Proceed Date means the date the City provides notice to PSCo that the City’s Go/No-Go Decision is to proceed with Municipalization.
Proceed Date means the date that Council notifies the Developer in writing that Council has determined that the Developer has the capacity to fund the carrying out of the Activities in accordance with this Deed pursuant to clause 45.3.3. Progress Payment Claim means a claim for payment under clause 36.4.1.

  • This plan will be submitted for Agency approval within 10 days of the Notice to Proceed Date.

  • Any references herein to the Outside Notice to Proceed Date shall be deemed to be the Outside Notice to Proceed Date, as adjusted in accordance with the foregoing.

Related to Proceed Date

  • fixed date means the date fixed in terms of subsection (2) of section one as the date of commencement of this Act;

  • Specified Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.19(c).

  • Appointed Date means the date declared by the Authority as the project commencement date with the consent of the contractor, as per the process prescribed in Article 3 and 8 of this Agreement;

  • Required Date means by the 10th Business Day following the end of the Quarter for which the information prescribed in Annex V4 is being provided.

  • Dated Date means the date of delivery of the Bonds.
