For purposes of this Exhibit I, the following definitions apply: Agreed-Upon Procedures Report (AUPR) – a confidential report of findings based on specific procedures performed on a subject matter; defined by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements, Number 18, Attestation Standards: Clarification and Recodification.
