The final Design Plans, special provisions, Construction Contract Proposal (as available), the Project Procedures Manuals, the agreement estimate for Construction Engineering services (if applicable) and other Special Attachments (Index provides List of Special Attachments) are all essential documents of this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement.
