Procedural Issues definition

Procedural Issues means those issues that are to be addressed by Subscriber through adjustment of a specific business process to accomplish work in the Service.
Procedural Issues means those issues that are to be addressed by Customer by adjusting a specific Customer process to access any VENDOR Service.
Procedural Issues shall be defined as those issues that are to be addressed by Customer through adjustment of a specific business process to accomplish work in the Xxx.xxx application(s).

  • Regulatory Rules means all corporate and securities laws, regulations, rules, policies, notices, instruments and other orders of any kind whatsoever which may, from time to time, apply to the implementation, operation or amendment of this Plan or the Options granted from time to time hereunder including, without limitation, those of the applicable Regulatory Authorities.

  • contracting authorities means the State, regional or local authorities, bodies governed by public law or associations formed by one or more such authorities or one or more such bodies governed by public law;

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their Member States, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.
