In order to rely on the limitation of liability contained in this clause the Manager must notify the Holding Fund of each Investment which it makes pursuant to a piece of Procedural Advice.
Provided that, at all times, a ‘series of Investments’ may only include a maximum of four Investments which followed the Procedural Advice and each individual investment in the ‘series’ must not exceed £50,000.
