Proceding(s) definition

Proceding(s) means any claim, action, arbitration, audit, hearing, investigation, litigation or suit (whether civil, criminal, administrative, judicial or investigative, whether formal or informal, whether public or private) commenced, brought, conducted or heard by or before, or otherwise involving, any Governmental Body or arbitrator.

  • Formal proceedings means proceedings conducted before a judge with notice to interested persons.

  • Proceedings means any action, suit, proceeding (whether administrative, judicial or otherwise), governmental investigation or arbitration.

  • civil proceedings means proceedings before the Tribunal or civil proceedings before any court;
