Problem Resolution Report definition

Problem Resolution Report means a written report executed by both Parties describing a solution to a Problem.
Problem Resolution Report or “PRR” shall mean a written report executed by both Parties describing a solution to a Problem, which terms will govern the behavior of the Parties until such time that the terms of the Problem Resolution Report are incorporated by amendment into the Agreement.
