Problem Management Record (“PMR”) means a record created when a customer makes the initial support request.
For each Service request, Servicer will assign a Problem Management Record ("PMR") number to be used by Servicer and you in all communications concerning the request, including status and closure of the PMR.
Buyer will perform the following ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ support responsibilities: • Create the Problem Management Record (“PMR”); • Obtain from Customer a description of the Problem); • Search for any known resolution(s) relevant to the Problem; • If a resolution to the Problem is known, specify such resolution to Customer; • Pass the PMR to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, and update the PMR documenting ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ actions.
