Bean, Lands’ End, REI, or any other multi-state and/or multi-channel retailer engaged in the sale of products and/or services associated with hunting, fishing, camping, and/or casual outdoor apparel and footwear.

  • The Professional shall have the right to engage in those concession purposes customarily associated with operation of a golf course, including but not limited to concessions for Pro Shops, sales of golfing supplies, equipment and instructional lessons.
