Pro-Rata Additional Payment definition
Pro-Rata Additional Payment means the Eligible Employee's Additional Payment, pro-rated for the number of days the Eligible Employee was employed by the Company or an affiliate of the Company during the calendar year in which the Eligible Employee's Termination of Employment occurred.
