PRMS Guidelines definition

PRMS Guidelines means the Guidelines for Application of the Petroleum Resources Management System November 2011 sponsored by Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Association of Petroleum Geologists, World Petroleum Council, Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers and Society of Exploration Geophysicists;
PRMS Guidelines means version 1.3 of the Petroleum Resources Management System Guidelines as revised at June 2018 (or a superseding version) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers 2011 Petroleum Resources Management System Application Guidelines.

  • 2%/25% Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • Program Guidelines means any and all GLO-approved documents reflecting specific rules and regulations governing the implementation of the Program.

  • ECB €STR Guideline means Guideline (EU) 2019/1265 of the European Central Bank of 10 July 2019 on the euro short-term rate (€STR) (ECB/2019/19), as amended from time to time;

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Treasury guidelines means any guidelines on supply chain management issued by the Minister in terms of section 168 of the Act;
