PRM Project definition
PRM Project means the construction of the ACP PRM Plans as a turnkey project and the development, construction and operation of the Cheroenhaka ACP PRM, as contemplated by the ACP PRM Plans. “PRM Project” includes both the entirety of the Project or a part thereof.
