Privilege tax definition

Privilege tax means taxes paid for the claim year pursuant to the Mobile Home Local Services Tax Act [35 ILCS 515]. (See 320 ILCS 25/3.09.)
Privilege tax means any assessment, tax, levy or charge allocable to or measured by the area of the Demised Premises leased by Tenant or the Minimum Annual Rental and Additional Rent payable by Tenant, including but not limited to, any gross Income tax with respect to the receipt of such Minimum Annual Rental, or upon or concerning the possession, leasing, operation, management, maintenance, alteration, repair, use or occupancy of the Demised Premises by Tenant.
