Privilege paradigm, definition

Privilege paradigm, for purposes of this Article, means a view of the legal system that artificially uses apparent majoritarian authority as a veil to protect and enforce the social and financial interest of the powerful. This is in contrast to a legal system in which rights are guaranteed against exploitation regardless of age, class, race, gender, or other socioeconomic status.
