Privatization proceeds definition
Privatization proceeds means any proceeds which may flow to the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo as a result of the privatization of Publicly Owned Enterprises and/or proceeds from the Privatization Agency of Kosovo, excluding PAK dedicated revenues
