Private Structures definition

Private Structures means a mausoleum or columbarium situated on a cemetery and set aside for the interment of human remains of only those persons who are related or affiliated in a manner specified in the contract at the time the interment rights are sold.

  • If Coverage B – Detached Private Structures is shown on the Certificate for Property Insurance, we insure structures or buildings separated from the dwelling by a clear space on your premises but not insured under Coverage A.

  • The following Basis of Claim Settlement options are applicable to Coverage A - Dwelling Building, Coverage B - Detached Private Structures and/or Coverage C - Personal Property.

  • We will also automatically increase the limits of Insurance on your Detached Private Structures (Coverage B), Personal Property (Coverage C) and Additional Living Expenses (Coverage D) by the same proportion.

  • This insurance is extended to insure loss or damage to the insured Dwelling Building, Detached Private Structures, and Personal Property arising from collapse due to weight of snow, ice or sleet.

  • With respect to the coverage provided by this form, the Related Private Structures Coverage in “your” policy, if any, is deleted and replaced with the following: If the "business" covered by this form is conducted in a "related private structure" on the "insured premises", "we" cover that structure for direct physical loss caused by a peril insured against as described under DWELLING COVERAGE or RESIDENCE COVERAGE in "your" policy.

Related to Private Structures

  • advertising structure means any screen, fence, wall or other physical structure or object erected to display an advertisement or which is in itself an advertisement or used to display an advertisement.

  • Soil structure means the arrangement of primary soil particles into compound particles, peds, or clusters that are separated by natural planes of weakness from adjoining aggregates.

  • Private area means the naked or undergarment clad genitals, pubic area, buttocks or female breast;

  • Existing structure means any structure that is installed or approved for installation at the time a wireless services provider or wireless infrastructure provider provides notice to a locality or the Department of an agreement with the owner of the structure to co-locate equipment on that structure. "Existing structure" includes any structure that is currently supporting, designed to support, or capable of supporting the attachment of wireless facilities, including towers, buildings, utility poles, light poles, flag poles, signs, and water towers.

  • private street means any street, road, square, court, alley, passage or riding path, which is not a “public street” but does not include a pathway made by the owner of premises on his own land to secure access to or the convenient use of such premises;
