Private Resort definition

Private Resort means a harmoniously designed and built holiday development which can include the provision of a camping site, mobile homes or dwelling units, where the housing can be separately alienated by means of time sharing, sectional title division, the selling of block shares or the subdivision of the property on condition that a home owner’s association be established, but does not include a hotel, guest house, bed and breakfast and lodge.

Related to Private Resort

  • Private residence means a separate dwelling, or a separate apartment in a multiple-apartment dwelling, that is occupied by members of a single-family unit.

  • Private Roads means Lateral Access Roads and the Company's access roads within a Railway Corridor;

  • private road means a road (not being a public road) which is either constructed by the Joint Venturers in accordance with their proposals as approved by the Minister hereunder or agreed by the parties to be a private road for the purposes of this Agreement;

  • Private Restrictions means (as they may exist from time to time) any and all covenants, conditions and restrictions, private agreements, easements, and any other recorded documents or instruments affecting the use of the Property, the Building, the Leased Premises, or the Outside Areas.

  • Semi-private Room means a room categorized as a semi-private or second class room by a Hospital. In case if the hospital does not have any room categorisation, a Semi-private Room shall mean a room in Hospital shared by no more than two (2) people but excluding any Standard Private Room or above.
