Private Placement Facility and “Private Placement Facilities” means any of the existing private placement facilities maintained by the Co-Borrowers as of the Closing Date with (a) Prudential Capital Group / Prudential Investment Management, Inc., (b) Principal Global Investors LLC, (c) New York Life Insurance Company, and (d) Aviva Investors North America, Inc., as any of said private placement facilities may be from time to time amended, modified, extended, renewed, replaced, substituted, and/or supplemented.
