Private Network Operator definition

Private Network Operator means, in relation to a Private Network, the owner of that Private Network;
Private Network Operator when used in this agreement means a provider that establishes, and maintains an infrastructure network for private use.
Private Network Operator means a person who is licensed to operate a private telecommunications network;
