PRIVATE LICENSES definition
PRIVATE LICENSES means an license, agreement, lease, authorization or right by contract entered into with, or granted by, a non-governmental Person in connection with the construction, ownership or operation by Holdings or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries of Telecommunications Assets, including, but not limited to easements, right-of-way agreements, tunnel duct lease agreements, indefeasible right of use agreements, transmission attachment licenses, underground license agreements and pole, conduit and/or trench license agreements.
