PRIVATE LANE definition
PRIVATE LANE means a private access which affords access within a property and is not maintained by a public body. A Private Lane shall not include a “Lane”, “Private Road” or a “Street” as defined herein.
PRIVATE LANE means any street that is not maintained by the Township. “Settlement Area” is any lands defined as such in the Township Official Plan. “Staff” means Clerk’s Department staff where not specifically defined. “Township” means the Township of South Frontenac.
PRIVATE LANE means a privately owned and maintained access to property from a public right- of-way.
