Private Lake definition
Private Lake means and refer to any naturally occurring or manmade body of water, as the same may exist from time to time, within the Property, designated as such approved by (1) all affected Lake Front Owners; and (2) approved by the Developer or (in the event that Developer does not own any Lots) by a majority of the Owners.
Private Lake means a lake owned by a private lake association or similar organization, or a lake to which access is not provided to the general public.
Examples of Private Lake in a sentence
The term “Lake Front Lot” shall mean and refer to a Lot abutting any Private Lake.
No gas motors shall be allowed on small boats or personal watercraft on the Private Lake.
