Private Km’s means Home to Office and Vice – Versa “Business Km’s” Shall mean - Office to Client & Vice Versa Customer to Customer Between Offices - Client Visits Operational Requirements Technical Support Work (Home to Client - only acceptable if it is a business requirement and authorized prior to travel by Manager)
