Private Jet definition

Private Jet means (i) a narrow body aircraft (A) operated by a Private Jet Operator in furtherance of its business primarily to transport executives or (B) for private use, excluding Non-Scheduled Charter, (ii) a Boeing 737, 747, 777, 787 or other 7X7 aircraft or any Airbus A3XX aircraft, in any case customized by a completion center for heads of state, royalty and other very, very important persons (“VVIP Aircraft”), or (iii) a Non-Scheduled Charter, in an aircraft owned or operated by a Private Jet Operator for private or business passenger flights operated by that Private Jet Operator.
