Private functions definition

Private functions are defined as “a means of gathering individuals for the purpose of deliberation, education, instruction, entertainment, amusement, or dining, where specific invitation is a prerequisite to entry and where the event is not intended to be open to the public.” Houston, Tex., Ordinance 2006-1054 art. IX, § 21-236 (Oct. 18, 2006).
Private functions. No private functions are allowed in the Premises area. Public Special Events may occur in the Premises Area or Beach Maintenance Area if properly permitted by the Town.
