Private enforcement definition
Private enforcement means the enforcement of public laws by individual or citizen suit (rather than by public regulatory authorities).
Private enforcement is defined as “enforcement by means of legal action brought by the victim of anti-competitive behaviour before a court.” See Working Paper, ¶ 2.
