Private Content definition

Private Content means the “User Content” that you submit, post, or transmit to the non-public areas of the site, including but not limited to secure workspaces.
Private Content means information exclusively provided by the TSE through the TBF to ATG regarding ATG's orders on the TSE.
Private Content means Customer Content that is stored on the Host and is not accessible by any third- party.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that Glenmede cannot control the acts or omissions of any third party social media platform provider, and you agree that Glenmede will have no responsibility or liability for a platform provider’s failure to keep your Private Content private.

  • However, we will not make Private Content publicly available, except as we deem necessary to enforce or apply the terms and conditions of this Agreement; meet legal, regulatory, insurance, audit, or security requirements; to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, or other users, or third parties; to prevent a crime or protect national security; or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.

  • E-ISAC Private Content shall be marked with distribution instructions, such as the Traffic Light Protocol, that indicate whether the material is restricted to Internal Use and Necessary Consultants / Third-Party Providers or whether Authorized Users can distribute the Content more broadly.

  • Private Content, however, is not made publicly available by Hudl.

  • The provider of the relevant Social Properties may have privacy practices that are different from our own, including with respect to a third-party provider’s use and disclosure of your Private Content.
