Private Academy definition

Private Academy means an incorporated or endowed high school or academy which is approved by the State Board of Education for public high school purposes pursuant to section 10-34 and which has been or is eligible to apply for a school construction grant commitment from the state pursuant to this chapter.
Private Academy means any entity established on a for-profit basis that offer sports services such as youth instruction, coaching and/or tournament or competition management in the United Arab Emirates
