Privacy Preferences definition

Privacy Preferences means the options available to you to as specified in the Victory Privacy Promise and/or provided to you on Victory Online.
Privacy Preferences means the options available to you to as specified in the USAA Privacy Promise and/or provided to you on USAA Online. "Product Agreement" means the policy, contract, account agreement, or other Communications that govern a product or service that you obtain from or through USAA. "USAA Online" means xxxx.xxx, xxxxxx.xxxx.xxx, the USAA Mobile app, XXXXXxxx.xxx, XXXXXxxxxxx.xxx, or any other digital channel in which USAA maintains an established presence through a service or application. "USAA" or "us," "we" or "our" refers to United Services Automobile Association and its insurance, banking, investment and other companies, and its agents, unless from the context it clearly includes you (i.e., “both of us” or “either of us”). "You" or "your" means the user of USAA Online, including your authorized representative.
Privacy Preferences means the options offered in the Software and selected by Customer for sharing of data and information with Stratasys.
