Privacy Information definition

Privacy Information means both PII and Sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (SPII).
Privacy Information means any documents containing an individual’s social security number or taxpayer identification number (other than only the last four digits thereof), an individual’s birth date (other than only the year of the individual’s birth), the name of an individual known to be a minor (other than only the minor’s initials), a financial account number (other than only the last four digits thereof), “Personal Data,” “Personally Identifiable Information,” “Sensitive Private Data,” or “Nonpublic Personal Information” as these terms are defined under federal, state or foreign data protection laws, including without limitation the GDPR, or any information that a party or non-party believes in good faith to be subject to non-US data protection laws (collectively, “Privacy Information”); provided, however, that “Privacy Information” shall not be construed to mean the names, positions, titles, or professional contact information (work address, work email, etc.) of the current or former employees of any Defendant or of third parties
Privacy Information means collectively: (a) data related to the Customer’s operations, (b) personally identifiable information; (c) protected health information as defined pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), as amended; and (d) credit card information and related data, as further defined pursuant to the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards. Aggregated Data shall not be considered as, or being comprised of, Privacy Information.

More Definitions of Privacy Information

Privacy Information means any information about a policyholder, their farming operation or their insurance policy, acquired from the policyholder, USDA either directly or through the Comprehensive Information Management System, or the policyholder’s previous or current approved insurance provider or agent, except for information that has been made public by the USDA. This includes all hard copy or electronic information.

Privacy Information means fair processing information intended to meet the requirements of Articles 12, 13 and 14 of the GDPR (or equivalent Data Protection Legislation); and
