Prisoner day definition
Prisoner day also means each day each state parolee is detained, held, or housed pending a parole revocation hearing; and
Prisoner day means a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning with twelve (1 2)o'clock midnight and ending twenty-four (24) hours later. A prisoner assigned to the Facility for any portion of a day (other than a County Prisoner temporarily incarcerated for less than twelve (12) hours as contemplated by Section 2.09) shall be deemed to be included in that day's prisoner population for purposes of calculating the amounts payable pursuant to this Agreement.
