Prison Facility definition

Prison Facility means any prison, correctional, detention or juvenile facility owned or operated by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any other facility used by the Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries in the operation of a Permitted Business.
