Examples of PRISA in a sentence

  • PRISA II and its Consolidated Entities on a consolidated basis, shall not, as of any date, permit Total Outstanding Indebtedness to exceed forty percent (40%) of Adjusted Total Assets.

  • Section 7.2(a) of the Business Combination Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “As of the date hereof, the issued share capital of PRISA is EUR 21,913,550, represented by 219,135,500 ordinary shares, nominal value of EUR 0.10 each (the “PRISA Capital Stock”).
