Priority Security Instruments definition
Priority Security Instruments means (i) the Priority Security Agreement, (ii) the Priority Mortgages and (iii) all other agreements, instruments and other documents, whether now existing or hereafter in effect pursuant to which the Borrower or any Material Subsidiary shall grant or convey a Priority Lien to the Priority Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Priority Secured Parties as collateral security for the Priority Senior Obligations, and if applicable, the Guarantors' Obligations with respect thereto, all as amended, supplemented and restated from time to time.
