Priority ranking list definition

Priority ranking list means the list of rated and ranked projects for which state financial assistance is requested.
Priority ranking list means a list of project priority val- ues, ranked in descending order, that is prepared by the depart- ment from information submitted by municipalities.

  • Priority List means the annual listing of fundable, waiting, and planning portion projects.

  • Net First Lien Leverage Ratio means, on any date, the ratio of (A) (i) the sum of, without duplication, (x) the aggregate principal amount of any Consolidated Debt consisting of Loan Obligations outstanding as of the last day of the Test Period most recently ended as of such date that are then secured by first-priority Liens on the Collateral and (y) the aggregate principal amount of any other Consolidated Debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries outstanding as of the last day of such Test Period that is then secured by Liens on the Collateral that are Other First Liens less (ii) without duplication, the Unrestricted Cash and unrestricted Permitted Investments of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the last day of such Test Period, to (B) Adjusted EBITDA for such Test Period, all determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP; provided, that the Net First Lien Leverage Ratio shall be determined for the relevant Test Period on a Pro Forma Basis.

  • Priority Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount equal to the sum of (i) the product of (A) the Scheduled Principal Distribution Amount, (B) the Shift Percentage and (C) the Priority Percentage and (ii) the product of (A) the Unscheduled Principal Distribution Amount, (B) the Shift Percentage and (C) the Priority Percentage.

  • First Lien Net Leverage Ratio means, with respect to any Test Period, the ratio of (i) Consolidated Total Indebtedness secured on a first lien basis, net of Unrestricted Cash, as of the last day of such Test Period, to (ii) Consolidated EBITDA for such Test Period.

  • Priority 2 Individuals who are: Age 60 and over in need of the following medically related trips: • Need for life sustaining medical care such as dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation treatment • Multi-system failure or conditions requiring immediate medical supervision/care, e.g. diabetes, heart disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) • Surgery or non-elective (immediate need) procedure
