Priority One Service definition

Priority One Service means service that has the highest priority call on capacity of all or any relevant portion of the Individual System, which service shall not be subject to interruption or curtailment (subject to Section 5.5) by Midstream Co, and which (subject to Section 5.3(c)) service has a higher priority over any other level of service established on the Individual System.

Priority One Service means with respect to each Individual System, that type of service that has the highest priority call on capacity of all or any relevant portion of such Individual System, which service shall not be subject to interruption or curtailment except by reason of an event of Force Majeure (including any deemed events of Force Majeure under Sections 11.3 and 11.5).

Priority One Service means proactive workstation and file server management including antivirus and malware protection, automatic software license renewal, operating system updates, patches and service pack applications, storage capacity reporting and maintenance, 24/7/365 status monitoring and alert notification with remote support. "Service" refers to any service provided to Customer by Cohere, including voice, data, Cloud Service, Priority One Service, Data Backup Service, Colocation Service, Disaster Recovery Service, Cybersecurity Service, and all other types of communications and other services. The specific services to be provided by Cohere to Customer are listed in the Customer Service Order Agreement executed by Customer and Cohere and may be described in detail on the Website.

Examples of Priority One Service in a sentence

Shipper shall have the right to Tender to Gatherer for Gathering Services under this Agreement Gas and/or Condensate other than Dedicated Production; provided that any such Gas and/or Condensate shall not be entitled to Priority One Service or Priority Two Service.
