Shipper shall have the right to Tender to Gatherer for Gathering Services under this Agreement Gas and/or Condensate other than Dedicated Production; provided that any such Gas and/or Condensate shall not be entitled to Priority One Service or Priority Two Service.
If capacity on the Gathering System, or any Facility Segment, is interrupted, curtailed or reduced, or capacity is insufficient for the needs of all shippers desiring to use such capacity, the holders of Interruptible Service will be curtailed first, the holders of Priority Two Service shall be curtailed second and the holders of Priority One Service shall be curtailed last.
All Gas Tendered by Shipper to the Gathering System for blending shall be entitled to Priority One Service.
In no event will Midstream Co grant any Person (other than Original Producer) Priority One Service on an Individual System used to provide Services to Original Producer without Original Producer’s prior written consent.
