Priority Lien Collateral Agent means PNC Bank, National Association, in its capacity as Collateral Agent under the Priority Lien Security Documents, together with its successors in such capacity.

Priority Lien Collateral Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as agent under the Credit Agreement and any successor thereof in such capacity under the Credit Agreement, and, from and after the date of execution and delivery of a Priority Substitute Facility (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement), the agent, collateral agent, trustee or other representative of the lenders or holders of the indebtedness and other Obligations evidenced thereunder or governed thereby, in each case, together with its successors in such capacity.

Priority Lien Collateral Agent means, each of (i) the Senior Tranche Administrative Agent (or other Person designated by the Senior Tranche Administrative Agent or other successor thereto in such capacity in accordance with the Letter of Credit Facility) or the Junior Tranche Administrative Agent (to the extent the Junior Tranche Administrative Agent is the controlling agent under the Letter of Credit Facility), (ii) the First Priority Lien Collateral Agent, and (iii) each collateral agent or other representative of lenders or holders of Priority Lien Obligations designated pursuant to the terms of the Priority Lien Documents and the Pari Passu Intercreditor Agreement from time to time.

Priority Lien Collateral Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as Priority Lien Collateral Agent under the Priority Lien Security Documents, together with its successors in such capacity.
