Priority items definition

Priority items means a provision in this Code whose application contributes directly to the elimination, prevention or reduction to an acceptable level, hazards associated with foodborne illness or injury and there is no other provision that more directly controls the hazard.

Examples of Priority items in a sentence

  • The Mayor is hereby authorized to amend or modify the Order of Priority and use of TIF Proceeds for the Priority items as shown in Section 503.
