Priority Code definition

Priority Code means the classification for all incidents raised with the Helpdesk as defined below in clause 4.2;
Priority Code. The classification system for all incidents raised with the Service Desk as fully defined in Paragraph 4 below;
Priority Code means the rating assigned to categories of STRs.
