Priority Basis means the sum total, as of any given point in time -------------- during the Term, of: (i) the dollar amount shown on Exhibit "A-1"; plus (ii) any Additional Invested Capital expended by Owner; provided that each expenditure of Additional Invested Capital shall be added to the Priority Basis at such September 13, 1993 26 date or dates as the expenditure occurred, taking into consideration at what point (or points) during the Fiscal Year such expenditure occurred; less (iii) the amount of any condemnation award received by Owner and not applied to restoration of the Inn pursuant to Section 15.02.B.
