Priority Assessment definition

Priority Assessment means the periodic assessment by the board of the chronological order in which the Infrastructure Projects are to be financed in the whole or in part pursuant to the provisions of this act, as determined in accordance with the provisions of this act.
Priority Assessment means an evaluation of the potential risk for a food-borne illness to occur in a food service facility using a given set of parameters as established by the Department in Regulation .17A(2).
