Priority 4 Incident definition

Priority 4 Incident means an Incident that causes a function not to be available from time to time or not work as it should. The function is not required for daily business.
Priority 4 Incident or “P4” means the Service is operational, but anomalies are identified with regard to the Documentation provided by ▇▇▇▇▇. The anomaly has a minor impact on Users.
Priority 4 Incident means a request for information linked to the Documentation.
