Prior Stock definition

Prior Stock means any Capital Stock ranking as to dividends or as to rights in liquidation, dissolution or winding-up of the affairs of the Corporation prior to the Series A Preferred Stock.
Prior Stock means any Capital Stock ranking prior to the Preferred Stock with respect to payments of dividends or with respect to distributions of assets, including distribution of assets upon Liquidation.
Prior Stock means all stock of the Corporation ranking, as to redemption, conversion, payment of dividends or distribution of assets, prior to the Preferred Stock.

More Definitions of Prior Stock

Prior Stock means stock of any other class of the Company ranking prior to the Series A Preferred Stock with resect to the payment of dividends or the distribution of assets or any securities of any kind convertible into shares of such Prior Stock.
