More Definitions of Prior Servicer

Prior Servicer means any party that was a servicer or subservicer of any Mortgage Loan before a Selling Company or the current Servicer, as applicable, became the servicer or subservicer of the Mortgage Loan.

Prior Servicer means all servicers and subservicers, collectively and individually, other than the Servicer, which, at any time prior to the applicable Effective Date, pooled, sold, serviced or subserviced any of the Mortgage Loans.

Prior Servicer shall have the meaning given in Section 12.1(b)(xiii).

Prior Servicer means any person, other than the Company or one of its Subsidiaries, that has acted as a servicer or subservicer of a Mortgage Loan on or prior to the Closing Date.
