Prior Programs definition

Prior Programs means the “Program” as defined in the Existing Program Agreement, the “Program” as defined in the Second Amended and Restated Program Agreement dated as of February 28, 2014 between Bank and Company, the “Program” as defined in the Amended and Restated Program Agreement dated as of November 8, 2010 between Bank and Company, and the “Program” as defined in the Loan Program Agreement dated as of December 10, 2007 between Bank and Company.
Prior Programs means The Prudential Insurance Company of America Defined Contribution Excess Program, The Prudential Insurance Company of America Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan, and The Prudential Insurance Company of America Supplemental Savings Program (also known as The Prudential Insurance Company of America Supplemental Executive Savings Plan) as in effect from time to time prior to the Effective Date.
Prior Programs means the programs of insurance benefits in effect as of January 1, 2017 for the plants listed in Exhibit A.

  • Computer Programs means a set of related electronic instructions which direct the operations and functions of a computer or device connected to it, which enable the computer or device to receive, process, store, retrieve or send data.

  • Third Party Payor Programs means all third party payor programs in which Tenant presently or in the future may participate, including, without limitation, Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, Managed Care Plans, other private insurance programs and employee assistance programs.

  • Programs refers to (a) the software owned or distributed by Oracle that You have ordered under Schedule P, (b) Program Documentation and (c) any Program updates acquired through technical support. Programs do not include Integrated Software or any Operating System or any software release prior to general availability (e.g., beta releases).

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • X-ray system means an assemblage of components for the controlled production of x-rays. It includes minimally an x-ray high-voltage generator, an x-ray control, a tube housing assembly, a beam-limiting device, and the necessary supporting structures.   • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Provider Agreements means all participation, provider and reimbursement agreements or arrangements now or hereafter in effect for the benefit of Tenant or any Manager in connection with the operation of any Facility relating to any right of payment or other claim arising out of or in connection with Tenant’s participation in any Third Party Payor Program.

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation. Included are all x-ray systems designed primarily for the inspection of carry-on baggage at airline, railroad, and bus terminals, and in similar facilities. An x-ray tube used within a shielded part of a building, or x-ray equipment that may temporarily or occasionally incorporate portable shielding, is not considered a cabinet x-ray system.

  • Designated Computer means the computers and the upgraded computers thereof installed in the offices of the Licensee.

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship, which includes terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment, and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.

  • Company Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(a).
